The Company:
Our client is a well known company in the technology and software industry. They have offices worldwide and are a leader within the industry. They are currently looking for an ambitious Trilingual Inside Sales Account Manager. Because of their worldwide presence the person can choose to work from UK (Berkshire), Belgium (close to Brussels) or Amsterdam.
The Role:
- To identify and initiate contact with potential new customers, build a pipeline of business and
nurture the prospect relationship and convert them into leads.
-To promote the company and its products and services.
- To pass on leads to Sales team and follow up the status of the qualified leads.
- To listen carefully to the business needs being expressed by the prospect and respond
Appropriately.
- To complete call records and pipeline reports in an accurate and timely manner for reporting
and forecasting to Team Manager.
- To participate in weekly Team meetings, and provide feedback to the Manager any
information which will have an impact on other marketing or sales activities, including
competitor information.
- The key is rapport building by telephone as this is an office based role.
Candidate Profile:
In this role you need to be trilingual (fluent English and fluent in two of the following languages: French, Finnish, Italian or Spanish), love to work in a multinational environment, and have experience within the IT / Software, Finance or Healthcare markets.
